ROVOS RAIL
We allow a maximum of two guests sharing per suite/cabin. Should there be a child under the age of five, he/she will be allowed to share with two adults (in a Deluxe, Royal or Emerald category only). However, should there be a child over the age of five, he/she should have his/her own suite/cabin (conditional). Should parents not feel comfortable with this option, one of the parents could then share with the child.
ST JAMES GUESTHOUSES
The St James Guesthouses do accommodate children but we kindly ask parents to be mindful of the sophisticated and adult atmosphere we endeavour to maintain. Please bear in mind that there are no child-minding facilities and no specific activities available for children at the houses apart from board games, television and the pools. However, the Kalk Bay/St James area and False Bay coastline offer plenty of entertainment for the young and old. Please also take note that our pools are not covered by a safety net and are also not enclosed with gate access. Homestead is fenced. The swimming pool areas and child safety are the parents’ responsibility. St James Guesthouses do not accept any responsibility for any circumstances beyond our control.
